Boreal Brew Co. opened its doors in 2019 on Main Street in Whitehorse — a place where the cold outside makes every cup taste better. We wanted a space that felt like the Yukon: unhurried, honest, and full of warmth.
Every bean we roast is single-origin, sourced directly from growers we've visited. Every dish on our kitchen menu is built around northern ingredients — the kind of food that actually makes sense up here.
The Aurora
Latte
Oat milk, house lavender syrup, and our Ethiopian single-origin espresso — poured with aurora-inspired latte art in green and violet. Every cup is unique, just like the lights above.

We don't rush anything here. Our Solstice Pour Over is prepared fresh to order — a single-origin rotating daily, bloomed for 45 seconds, then drawn through over three and a half minutes.
Our small-batch roasts are done in-house every Tuesday and Friday morning. We roast light to medium — never dark enough to mask the origin.

Double ristretto from our Yukon roast blend over micro-foamed whole milk. Clean and bold.
18-hour cold brew concentrate over ice with a float of oat cream. Dark, smooth, electric.
Daily rotating single-origin, prepared as a pour over. Ask your barista for today's origin.
House sourdough, wild fireweed honey, ricotta, toasted pine nuts, Yukon sea salt.
Slow-braised caribou, three-bean chili, cornbread crumble, sour cream, jalapeños.
Wild rice, roasted root vegetables, pickled beets, tahini dressing, sesame, fresh herbs.
